Alicia Henríquez (Managua, Nicaragua) has a Bachelor's degree in Film and Media Studies and Latin American Studies from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. Influenced by her experiences as a Latin American woman, Alicia's art spans across embroideries, animation, and new media. Her work explores themes of human rights, nature, and reconstruction of historical memory.
